My experience at Canzi Cataratas Hotel was exceedingly frustrating. The door knob to my room was incredibly stiff, making me struggle every time I needed to enter. To top it off, I was bothered by bugs flying inside the room, and with no screen on the bathroom windows, it only got worse. I was also dismayed to discover that there was no complimentary water offered. I had to pay for bottled water, which felt very cheap of a hotel in this price range.

Waking up to the sound of Iguazu Falls is something out of a dream , I could almost feel the water crashing from my bed. The staff was exceptional , always ready to help with a smile, I felt like I mattered.

the hotel was nice, but the noise in the corridors from screaming children was unbearable. also, having maids banging on my door at 7 a.m. every day was quite the wake-up call. i honestly expected a complimentary spa treatment to compensate for these inconveniences, but i guess that's too much to ask for. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The Pork Belly was a standout dish that I can't stop raving about! The breakfast had a fabulous spread that catered to every taste, from fresh fruits to delicious pastries. Plus, the swimming pools and gardens were a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring.

While the shuttle hiccup was a bit of a buzzkill, the experience was saved by the overall charm of the place. A small misstep with the manager ruining a family moment only made the rest of the stay shine brighter.

Amazing hotel with free parking, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The staff memorably helped me with directions on my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast buffet!

canzi cataratas is super close to iguazu falls, just a short walk away. the staff was amazing and really helpful, even organized our transport to the argentinian side of the falls. breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh options! loved the pool area for relaxing after a day of exploring.
